1927 National Style 3 "Descending Fronds" Square Neck Tricone

The National Tricone is considered the best sounding of all acoustic Hawaiian guitars. This is a rare example of the second version Style 3 engraving pattern. It features the "descending fronds" Lilly of the Valley cut. It also features the rare dark oak and pearl badge headstock overlay. It has become my main recording and gigging steel guitar and it's featured on all of my solo records. It also graces the cover of my Café Allongé CD!

THIS PIECE IS CURRENTLY IN MY PERMANENT COLLECTION
